It offers magnificent, stunning location.

The venue's position was very central.

the location was ideal, just a short walk from our planned activities. even though the hotel rooms were a bit compact, they were beautifully presented, clean, and the beds were comfortable.

The room was cleaned during breakfast and available with sofas bed. The location was favourable, within walking distance of Jewry Wall.

Recently refurbished place, good for a romantic stay. Neat room with a private safe, central heating and an iron, and lovely bed. Comfortable decor throughout and attentive and pleasant staff in all areas. Very central location, a 20-minute walk from a train station. Situated only 1 km from The Y.

Liked our new-fashioned room with breakfast included. Central heating, iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card were provided.

By and large, it was unique base for sightseeing in Leicester, had much fun and met really helpful staff from the chambermaids. Loved the rooms, they were brand-new and well furnished with very comfy bed.

Room was spacious with excellent bathroom. Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

The modern decor was inviting, but the bathroom had a hair on the towel.

Couples seeking a cozy retreat

The staff at this place are just fantastic. Raj at the reception really were great too help us with all our needs, super accommodating. And the NineB restaurant, wow, perfect for a nice dinner, Rhian and Katie just made it special for our evening.

It was a bit pricey but manageable all things considered.

I had a relaxing time here, especially enjoying the cozy vibe and a lovely bath for my little spa night. The sun terrace was perfect for chilling with a drink and soaking up some rays. Just a heads up, the reception could use clearer signs, but it didn't ruin my stay! 😊

Modern technology integration, strong emphasis on cleanliness, proximity to public transport options

Parking is frustratingly located away from the hotel with confusing directions!!! Managing room temperatures proved difficult with malfunctioning air conditioning, a real inconvenience !!!

The room had air conditioning, a tv, and a comfy sofa bed. Super clean with a nice private bathroom with a shower. Fitness centre available for workouts. Staff were great, responsive to requests, and breakfast offered fresh pastries and tasty hot dishes. The car park was a bit tricky to find, though.

I appreciated the modern decor and accessibility features throughout Novotel Leicester. The staff were kind, offering assistance.

More seating in common areas would be helpful.
